Yes. We are an authorized dealer for all lines that we carry.

We normally ship within 24-48 business hours. At peak shipping times, there may be a small delay.

We can only ship to the address that you provide on your payment information.

You must contact us upon receiving any item that you wish to return. All items must be in brand new condition. We reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee. Exchanges are done with no fees associated.

Yes. It will be our pleasure to order anything that we do not have in stock.

We only accept payments made via PayPal.

We do our utmost to ensure safe delivery of your fragile items. However, if an item is broken, we will gladly replace it. Please contact us immediately upon receiving the damaged item. Our phone number is 1-631-673-3553. We are open from 11AM to 6PM EST Monday-Saturday.

Our Shipping Department takes great pride in processing all shipments as soon as possible. If you are in the Northeast, you should receive your order within 1-3 business days. West coast deliveries take approximately 3-8 business days. Please keep in mind that you must sign for high-value items.

Shipping within the USA is free! But if you need your product in a hurry we do expedited shipping for $24.99 per item.

If you are international you can absolutely still order! However, you will not be able to order through our website as we do not have all international shipping costs there. But, if you email us info@presentsofmind.org or call us (973) 927-8500 a member from our team will be able to assist you with your order and be able to explain the shipping costs for your location.
